Within our Human Nutrition business, we are looking for a Regional Commercial Excellence Lead to play a key role in shaping how we drive commercial performance across Europe.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact position, working closely with senior commercial leaders to strengthen execution, improve consistency, and unlock growth opportunities across multiple markets. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, helping teams focus on what drives value while bringing structure and clarity to how we operate.

What you'll be doing
Driving Commercial Performance
Partner with regional leadership to focus on high-value opportunities and strategic accounts
Strengthen sales execution, pipeline visibility, and forecasting discipline
Support the adoption of value-based selling and consistent commercial approaches
Identify performance gaps and help translate them into practical, actionable improvements
Translating Strategy into Results
Turn global Commercial Excellence priorities into clear, outcome-driven regional plans
Ensure alignment across countries while allowing for local market differences
Prioritise initiatives that deliver measurable business impact
Leading Through Influence
Act as the go-to partner for Commercial Excellence in Europe
Work closely with senior stakeholders to align, challenge, and support decision-making
Connect and guide a network of local Commercial Excellence leads and champions
Represent the region in global forums, bringing both insight and perspective
Building Capability & Continuous Improvement
Support the development of commercial capabilities across teams
Share and scale best practices across markets
Help foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
What you bring
Strong commercial leadership experience, with a clear understanding of how to drive revenue and margin
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a matrix environment
A track record of delivering commercial transformation, CRM adoption, or performance improvement
Confidence working with data to shape decisions and priorities
A pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
Experience working across European or international markets
Experience & background
10+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or related fields
Experience in multinational organisations with complex stakeholder environments
Exposure to regional or cross-country roles
Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage
