We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Operations Specialist to support commercial activities across assigned markets. In this role, you will act as a key link between customers, sales teams, logistics, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order execution and exceptional customer experience.
You will work in a fast-paced international environment where collaboration, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.
Your Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support
Support daily commercial activities across assigned markets
Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication via phone, email, and other channels
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support customer needs and business objectives
Maintain customer master data including contracts, pricing information, and orders
Order Management & Coordination
Receive, register, and process customer orders accurately within company systems
Monitor order execution to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Verify order compliance with commercial agreements and contractual terms
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges efficiently
Support weekly planning and sales scheduling activities
Monitor delivery volumes against forecasts and sales plans
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
Communicate delivery schedules, loading requirements, and operational conditions to customers
Handle customer complaints and support investigations to ensure timely resolution
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Credit Control, Logistics, and Planning to resolve issues
Continuous Collaboration
Support colleagues and provide back-up coverage when required
Contribute actively to team collaboration and process improvements
What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience
Secondary education or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, order management, or similar functions is considered an advantage
Experience in international or commercial environments is a plus
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good understanding of commercial processes and customer service principles
Comfortable working with multiple systems and digital tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Technical Requirements
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and business systems
Good written and verbal English skills
Additional language skills relevant to assigned markets are considered an advantage (Romanian, Turkish, Greek, etc.)
