What would be your key responsibilities
Development, preparation, and optimization of sales forecasts and planning for the EMEA region
Management of the sales pipeline and execution of project controlling (sales expectations, early warning system, project success measurement)
Responsibility for portfolio and marketing controlling (gains & losses, portfolio size, product categorization, market shares)
Execution of analysis projects regarding the profitability of customers, products, and regions, including preparation of results and derivation of recommendations for action for departments and management
Conducting customer segmentation and managing service level performance
Preparation, interpretation, and presentation of ad-hoc analyses
Creation of Power BI dashboards for senior management
Development and delivery of training sessions for the sales organization regarding the reporting landscape
Identification and implementation of process improvements
Close collaboration with Sales, IT, Operations, and Controlling departments
What will make you successful
Degree in economics or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in Controlling/Finance/Consulting or a similar position
Previous experience in Power BI
Quick understanding of business processes and organizational structures
Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
Fluent in English and German (business level)
Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
SAP knowledge (BW/CO/DP) is an advantage
