• You are part of an international team of product developers and develop innovative concepts and recipes for semi-finished and finished products for national and international customers in the Sweet Goods & Dairy sector (with a focus on dairy and ice cream)
• You independently manage customer projects from initial concept through to final product launch
• You drive and support cross-functional initiatives and collaborative project teams.
• You maintain a strong customer focus, including participation in customer meetings
• You act as a technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales)
• You prepare samples and evaluate products based on sensory and physical properties
• You ensure proper product documentation and carry out data analysis

• You successfully graduated in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science or a comparable field
• You have gained relevant experience in the food industry
• You have solid expertise in fruit preparations dairy and ice cream applications
• You have a strong interest in product development, as well as nutrition and food trends
• You have a passion and technical understanding for complex product development processes, as well as a strong problem-solving ability
• You are experienced in working with international customers as a technical counterpart
• You have proven ability to work on projects in cross-functional teams
• You love innovations, you are constantly generating new ideas, and are not afraid to explore new approaches
• You have a customer-oriented mindset and are willing to travel as part of your job (both nationally and internationally)
• You are proactive, results-oriented, and driven by finding effective solutions
• You are familiar with common software programs, have a certain affinity for IT
• You thrive in a dynamic, international environment and enjoy building partnerships as well as collaborating across functions and cultures
• You bring an innovative mindset and naturally adapt to agile ways of working
• You have very good English skills and good German skills-you are fluent in at least one of these languages
• You hold a valid European work permit
