Your Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee comprehensive HR operations at the plant.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital HR database.
  • Maintain Success factor Data Accuracy in line with MIS.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding process & Manpower Planning.
  • Employee's Query Management / Grievance Handling.
  • Coordination with plant stake holders for executing the HR initiatives and support in implementation of HR policies in plant.
2. Time & Attendance Management:
  • Maintaining day-to-day employee attendance record through cosec and timely updation of Leave record in cosec portal.
  • Frequent generation of multiple reports from cosec for management use. (customized reports)
  • OT slip validation & updation in Excel sheet / Cosec.
  • Fortnight Over time report to the HOD's.
  • Frequent check of Weekly off non-compliances and sharing reports with management.
  • Monthly Manhours report to Safety Manager.
  • Monthly Leave credit-debit check.
  • Annual Leave balance & carried forward working.
  • Sharing absenteeism communication with HOD's and follow-up.
3. Payroll Support:
  • Preparation of monthly payroll inputs & sharing with payroll manager as per payroll calendar.
  • Final Attendance | Final Over time.
  • New Joinee details along with scan copy of personal file.
  • Resigned / left employee details.
  • Bank details change request along with proof.
  • Salary revision / promotion / change is designation.
4.Third party associates Onboarding, Attendance and Payroll Management:
  • Sharing inputs with Third party vendor for generation of offer/ appointment letter.
  • Onboarding process and mandatory training.
  • Enrollment in Attendance system (for Plant based associates).
  • Alignment with concern reporting manager for attendance input.
  • Sharing Attendance input of 100+ associates with Third party vendor.
  • Verification of salary sheet before generation of Invoice from compliance & calculation prospective.
  • Processing Invoice payment with co-ordination with finance.
  • Monthly compliance check of the Third party associates.
  • Annual Increment process for Third party associates.
  • Extension of contracts of Third party associates.
  • Co-ordination with Third party vendor for disciplinary actions.
  • Exit Management of Third party associates.
5. Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relation
  • Fulfill the statutory compliances on timely basis with respect to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, MLWF etc.
  • Preparing and maintaining the various resisters and forms for onroll employees as per the labour acts.
  • Support in Audit for compliance report.
  • Statutory payments of PF, ESIC & PT within the deadline in co-ordination with the Payroll manager & Finance.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure employee communication and engagement in the Marathi language.
  • Support in employee disciplinary process. and handling union issues.
6. Employee Engagement & Welfare: Support implementation of employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs at the plant. Facilitate employee welfare schemes such as Mediclaim, PF, and ESIC benefits.

7. Learning & Development: Classroom Training in English and Marathi as per the ADM and statutory requirement and maintain training records and ensure compliance with learning requirements.

Your Profile
  • MBA in HR from a recognized university with 5-10 years of progressive HR experience in large manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations practices.
  • Proven experience in managing payroll inputs, attendance systems, disciplinary procedures, and third-party workforce administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with employees, union representatives, and government authorities.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing plant HR operations with a focus on compliance, engagement, and continuous improvement
