Job Description: Solid, progressive organization seeks Operations Superintendent for a wheat, corn and soybean facility. (Facility handles about 6 million bushels of grain annually.)

Monitor and maintain grain quality/condition
Ensure grain movement deadlines are met
Monitor maintenance schedules and perform maintenance as needed
Communicate with management about needed equipment upgrades
Oversee, train and develop 8-10 employees (truck drivers, operations and scale personnel)
Maintain facility and grounds

Requires general mechanical skills, ability to learn & understand grain equipment, ability to meet deadlines, and maintain equipment. Must have supervisory/leadership experience.
