• Supervise 15+ maintenance staff. (Training, scheduling, performance management)
• Assign and track work orders
• Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment
• Manage warehouse inventory for parts and supplies
• Part of the Safety Team
• Promote continuous improvement
• Utilize CMMS program to enter, track and update work orders and preventative maintenance schedule
