  • Coach people toward greater scope and create equitable, psychologically safe growth.
  • Define outcomes, decision owners, and simple operating rhythms amid ambiguity.
  • Limit work in progress and remove low-value process and dependencies.
  • Encourage disciplined experimentation that becomes measurable improvement.
  • Own delivery health, cost, and operations; correct course with evidence.
  • Lead the team calmly through change, updating plans as evidence changes.
  • Help people learn from setbacks, recover, and keep momentum.

Education and Experience - What you will bring to the table!

  • Bachelor''s degree in a computing field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience leading engineers, including hiring, coaching, feedback, and performance.
  • Engineering background sufficient to hold credible technical discussion with the team.

  • Experience establishing quality, reliability, and incident response practices.
  • Ability to create clarity from ambiguity through outcomes and decision owners.
  • Ability to communicate trade-offs and work across teams, regions, and disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of security, privacy, compliance, and accessibility practices.

Preferred Experience

  • Five to ten years of experience, including senior engineer, lead, or manager roles.
  • Experience in agriculture, a global enterprise, or another regulated environment.
