Purpose of the Role

·         Lead the transformation and harmonization of logistics execution processes across the European manufacturing network. Act as the business process authority and SAP functional expert, bridging Operations, Logistics, Finance and IT teams to design, standardize and optimize end-to-end logistics processes

·         Support a strategic European initiative aimed at achieving transactional excellence across seven manufacturing sites by improving process execution, data quality, logistics visibility and freight cost control. Scope covers the complete logistics process from Sales Order (SO) and Stock Transfer Order (STO) creation through delivery execution, shipment processing, freight cost management, freight invoice validation, dispute resolution and freight payment readiness

·         Lead process blueprinting, steer solution design and build activities with IT teams, engage site SMEs to understand current practices and define future-state processes, while ensuring successful deployment through testing, change management and training

Key Responsibilities

·         Serve as the SAP Logistics Execution and transportation process expert for the European region

·         Lead business process assessments and facilitate workshops to document AS-IS processes and define TO-BE solutions

·         Capture organizational, processes and systems interdependencies to complete a critical fit gap analysis

·         Contribute to the core design and harmonization of end-to-end logistics execution processes across multiple manufacturing sites in Europe

·         Act as the interface between business stakeholders, plants SMEs and IT throughout the project lifecycle

·         Define business requirements, support solution blueprinting, configuration and development activities

·         Ensure alignment of SAP processes, master data, parameters and transactional data

·         Drive for process standardization, compliance

·         Develop and deliver training, communication and change management plans to support adoption

·         Govern User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business readiness and deployment activities

·         Establish Metrics, reporting and governance mechanisms to drive transactional excellence and performance improvement

Key Activities

Phase 1: SAP Logistics Execution Revamp

·         Sales Orders (SO)

·         Stock Transfer Orders (STO)

·         Delivery Creation and Processing (DN)

·         Shipment Documents and Execution (SHP)

·         Freight Cost Creation and Allocation

·         Freight Invoice Validation and Dispute Management

·         Logistics Master Data, parameter and Data/Process Governance

Objective: Establish a standardized, efficient and scalable logistics execution model that improves process compliance, data quality and freight visibility (costs, service, ...)

Phase 2: Transportation Management System (TMS) Readiness

·         Transportation process harmonization

·         Master Data readiness assessment

·         Future-state process design

·         TMS integration requirements definition

·         Operational and business readiness preparation

Objective: Create the foundation for a successful TMS deployment and enhanced freight planning, transportation visibility and freight management capabilities.

Required Profile

·         Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.

·         7+ years of experience in SAP Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics Transformation roles.

·         Strong functional knowledge of SAP logistics execution processes, including SO, STO, Deliveries, Shipments and Freight Cost Management

·         Experience in business process design, SAP-enabled transformation projects and multi-site deployments

·         Strong understanding of process governance, master data and operational excellence principles

·         Proven ability to engage and influence with diverse cross-functional stakeholders

·         Experience with change management, training and user adoption

·         Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
