The Incentive Operations Manager is responsible for translating incentive strategy into operational execution, ensuring programs are effectively prioritized, planned, governed and delivered across distribution channels and cooperatives.

This role leads a team of coordinators and specialists while orchestrating multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Technology and external partners. The position is accountable for ensuring incentive programs are executed with operational excellence, financial discipline, compliance and a strong focus on channel experience.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with execution excellence, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, continuously improving processes and influencing diverse stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end operational execution of incentive programs across distribution channels and cooperatives, ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery.

  • Translate commercial and marketing strategies into clear operational plans, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation and execution.

  • Drive channel engagement and ensure programs are successfully implemented, adopted and sustained across distributors, cooperatives and other strategic partners.

  • Lead the resolution of critical operational issues, ensuring business continuity and effective risk mitigation.

  • Establish and manage operational governance, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Technology and external partners.

  • Monitor program performance, liabilities, controls and operational risks through robust metrics and reporting.

  • Partner closely with Finance to manage budgeting, forecasting, provisioning, payouts and financial reconciliation processes.

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance and Audit teams to ensure incentive programs comply with company policies, contractual obligations and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.

  • Lead, develop and coach a team of coordinators and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and high performance.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on simplification, process optimization, automation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or related fields.

  • Experience in operations management, incentive programs, channel programs, loyalty programs or related areas.

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and developing talent.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, projects and stakeholder groups.

  • Experience managing external partners, agencies and technology providers.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, provisioning and operational controls.

  • Experience with compliance, governance, audit or risk management practices.

  • Knowledge of operational excellence, continuous improvement or process optimization methodologies.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging performance metrics and data to drive decisions.

  • Experience in agribusiness and/or working with distributors and cooperatives is a plus.
