About the Role
Manages the overall Pioneer hybrid seed field activities in designated area by effectively plan, develop, and implement product differentiation activity and fulfillment activity that will increase sales and strengthen product distribution through a network of dealers & retailers and make sure that products & related services are rendered available at the right place & at the right time. Develop the capabilities of their own and subordinates using the individual development plan.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Differentiation Activities:
- Plan and execute seasonality plan to capture opportunity season by season to create strong foundation of farmer demand on Pioneer offers
- Develop and establish the team's agronomy and technical knowledge to ensure maximized product value captured by customers (retailers) and consumers (farmers)
- Lead and ensure various promotional activities through agronomy service to increase Pioneer brand awareness
- Develop and prepare team capabilities for present and future assignments
- Support DBM in sales & marketing planning and development strategies
- Ensure product life cycle management
- Assist in the implementation of special projects / task force as needed by the business
2. Sales Activities:
- Create order, monitor delivery and collection at retailer level
- Establish and strengthen Pioneer distribution networking and ensure the link between farmer's requirements with retailers seed availability
- Maintain health inventory level at retailers by monitoring channel inventory in monthly basis
- Ensure Pioneer''s leading position in building service/relationship in retailers
- Assist DBM in sales planning and strategy/tactic development aimed for seed business growth in the designated area
- Manage good relationship with and secure volumes from special customers (food industry, silage)

Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Agri-business, or other related fields from reputable universities.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in agronomy, agriculture sales, field operation or crop production
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of crop production, agronomic practices, and agricultural markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work in field conditions.
