What your day looks like:

POSITION SUMMARY:

This individual will perform all functions involved in the manufacturing of quality expelled soy. The Plant Supervisor assigns specific daily duties.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

May be responsible for all or part of the following duties and responsibilities to be determined by the Plant Supervisor:

Receive daily shipments of grain and other ingredients by truck.
Control and monitor production.
Effectively operate all machinery.
Clean facility when working conditions and time permit .
Perform general mechanical duties as determined by the Plant Supervisor.
Perform other duties as determined by the Plant Supervisor.
Utilize and navigate the Wenger System as appropriate .
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain usage reports and operational records as needed
Maintain communication with Plant Supervisor regarding key updates.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Ability to work with close supervision and independently
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to understand and follow Food Safety Standards.
Ability to operate various types of machinery and heavy equipment
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on occasion
General maintenance skills
Ability to climb ladders and work in high places
Ability to work in confined spaces
Ability to work in dusty conditions
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
