To support that challenge, the Project, Planning & Portfolio team is currently seeking a Project ManagementIntern in Downers Grove, IL. As an intern in Project, Planning & Portfolio Management you will coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and within scope. You will join a team of professionals who work to ensure strong and effective portfolio planning, project management, and portfolio management for regional breeding programs and strategic initiatives.

Duration:  May 2022 – August 2022 

Accountabilities  

    Help the team map special project ideas related to cost mapping and finance  Provide oversight of ongoing projects and strategic initiatives in the region  Facilitate regular reporting of progress and outcomes  Prepare scenario and sensitivity analysis  Make recommendations for presentation to leadership 


Education & Experience: 

    Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent   Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or other related field of study  Prefer a student with a current Sophomore or Junior standing  All applicants must be eligible to work in the US   Fluent in English 

Preferred Requirements 

    Experience with project management or working with business cases  Analytical mindset  Self-starter able to work in a remote environment  Ability to communicate information well both written and spoken
