Syngenta Production and Supply Development Program The Production and Supply Development Program (PSDP) is a 21/2 to 3 year-long rotational development program that provides recent college graduates the opportunity to immerse themselves in various areas of the business and build a solid foundation for a lasting career with our Production and Supply team.
As a PSDP associate, you will be in one of three tracks: Seeds, Operations or Engineering. Within your chosen track, you will select three diverse rotations where you will:
Gain technical knowledge through day-to-day work
Sharpen leadership skills through training activities and professional events
Broaden your knowledge and develop a network in at least three different areas of the business
Develop lasting comradery with fellow PSDP associates

Minimum of a 3.0 GPA
Bachelors degree in relevant course of study Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, etc.
