the Marketing Operations Lead, you
will be a trusted advisor to the Customer Marketing teams (Managers, Leads and
Specialists). You will build trusting, reliable, collaborative relationships
and be the conduit for Customer Marketing and Commercial Units to interact with
Marketing Operations. In this role, you will manage and execute touchpoints
with excellence through efficient processes that deliver a meaningful customer
experience in a consistent and collaborative manner that is on brand and in
line with the vision and goals of the Business.

Please Note: This is a 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract RoleEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Be
    the go to contact for Customer Marketing to provide them with advice and to
    keep them informed on the execution of tactics
  • Proactively
    manage issues and opportunities as they arise
  • Manage
    tactical touchpoints based on the annual Campaign and Tactical Planning
  • Determine
    and refine processes/workflows to efficiently and effectively deliver tactics
    with quality assurance
  • Develop
    and/or provide guidance on the development of project briefs for tactical
    touchpoints in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Coordinate
    with Marketing Operations Team members for the development and distribution of
    marketing content including media, collateral, video, email, social etc.
  • Collaborate
    with Marketing Technologies for the integration of campaigns with current tools
  • Collaborate with Product
    Leads as required (New Product Launches)
  • Management
    of third party agency/contractors required to deliver the project plan working
    with Procurement, Legal and SBS to ensure that projects adhere to Syngenta
    guidelines, policies, governance and compliance


Education &

  • Minimum
    Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business or Communications
  • A
    minimum of 5 years of marketing communications and project management
  • Strong
    knowledge of customer relationship marketing, and communications principles
  • Understanding
    of agriculture, marketplace dynamics, competitive environment and Syngenta
    customer needs
