Responsible for providing direct, agile management of key global Seeds projects change initiatives, process improvements, and optimizations and programs to ensure the successful implementation of all relevant business goals. Responsible for managing the scope, plan, delivery, and budget for both programs and projects. Manage strategic, international, large-scale, complex, and cross functional multi-million-dollar projects. Lead change management, process management, and stakeholder management of a strategic $300 million productivity program for Seeds end-to-end globally. Lead data analytics, modeling, value stream mapping, and use various lean six sigma tools to assess project proposals to develop targeted scope based on the opportunity. Partner with senior sponsors to build ownership and engagement, and map and secure required support and resources. Manage deliverables, ensuring KPIs and milestones are aligned to deliver required business outcomes and strategy, leveraging MVP solution design and iterative development. Implement Benefits Management to ensure targets are mapped and delivered. Design and embed governance to deliver changes, drive progress, and enable sustainability of benefits. Manage detailed and comprehensive senior leader communication and stakeholder engagement to build participation across the organization. Portfolio management and ideation to create and maintain the professional E2E Business Improvement portfolio. Manage critical strategic projects in targeted global markets. Support, empower, and lead cross functional and globally diverse project teams in supporting strategic business growth. Domestic and international travel is required up to 20% of the time. May telecommute from any location in the United States.



This position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Analytics or a related field and three years of related data analysis experience.


Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following:

    Conducting statistical design and data analysis for project proposals; Analyzing sales forecasts, working with sales teams, and providing insights to support short- and long-term strategic decision making; Using the following technologies: JMP, R, Python, Power BI, and Tableau; Working with a global team on agriculture data analytics projects. Must also have experience leading analytical forecasting and demand planning for global markets. All experience may be gained concurrently.


Must pass a background check and drug test before beginning employment.


Full-time position based at company headquarters in Downers Grove, IL. May telecommute from any location in the United States.
