You will help shape the future of agriculture by:
Accurate and timely distribution of products to customers and intercompany transfers Ensuring product quality shipping to Growers and Suppliers meets quality specifications and timeliness Maintaining professional and courteous interaction with customers Timely and accurate data entry into SAP Picking and pooling of shipments Fostering an operational culture founded on HSE, Quality, and process improvement
Scheduling shipments to fulfill orders on a timely and efficient manor Communicate product demand / needs to Distribution Manager Active engagement in Syngenta’s Goal Zero initiative Assist in other areas of the office and/or plant as workload requires Cross-functional knowledge and participation in plant activities; e.g. conditioning, treating, packaging, rework, and others as assigned by plant management Understanding of shipment regulations
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience required Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing Forklift certified, or the ability and willingness to obtain Excellent communication skills PC and business software skills Ability to adapt to changing environmental/situational needs Ability to make timely, effective decisions Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work positively and effectively with outside vendors/agencies and internal personnel and departments Individual must be authorized to work in the United States for Syngenta without work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
