About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Farm Hand / Equipment Operator to join a 4,100-acre cash crop operation near Stouffville, ON, specializing in corn, soybeans, and wheat. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with modern equipment and play an important role in all aspects of the farming operation throughout the growing and harvest seasons.

The ideal candidate will have previous farming experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate farm equipment for planting, spraying, harvesting, and other field operations.
• Assist with the production of corn, soybeans, and wheat.
• Perform routine equipment inspections.
• Support day-to-day farm activities and seasonal workloads.
• Transport equipment, grain, and inputs as required.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established operating procedures.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all farm safety policies and industry best practices.
   

Qualifications

• Experience operating agricultural equipment is considered an asset.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's licence required.
• AZ licence preferred.
