SMA Canadian Farm Supply is looking for an Agricultural Parts Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in St. Marys, Ontario.

What You'll Do

You will serve as a trusted resource for customers while helping them find the right products quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing pricing, availability, and delivery information
• Researching products and helping customers identify agricultural parts and solutions
• Processing returns
• Maintaining customer information within company systems
• Collaborating with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supporting team members during busy periods and contributing to a positive workplace culture

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfortable using computer systems to process orders and research products
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in agriculture, machinery, equipment, or parts sales

Preferred Qualifications

• Agricultural background or experience within the Canadian agricultural industry
• Experience with farm equipment, heavy equipment, machinery, or replacement parts
• Previous inside sales, customer service, order entry, or parts counter experience
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Experience working directly with agricultural producers, dealers, or service organizations
