  • Provide prompt, professional, and solution-oriented service.
  • Build trust through strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Maintain regular customer contact through farm visits, phone calls, and branch interactions.
  • Support customers with recommendations and solutions while collaborating with our field agronomist on technical agronomic matters when required.

Logistics & Operational Coordination
  • Monitor fertilizer, seed, and crop input orders from initial booking through delivery.
  • Work with branch staff, suppliers, and customers to coordinate logistics and ensure timely product movement.
  • Assist with inventory awareness, order tracking, and seasonal planning.
  • Support operational efficiencies and communication between customers, sales staff, and operations personnel.
  • Help ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales and delivery process.

Team Collaboration & Professional Development
  • Work collaboratively with the Sundre and Olds teams to achieve branch and company goals.
  • Participate in regular coaching and development meetings with the company sales coach.
  • Engage in weekly or bi-weekly sales strategy discussions focused on continuous improvement, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Support marketing initiatives, customer appreciation events, trade shows, and local agricultural events.

Qualifications
  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation required.
  • Degree or diploma in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, Ag Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, crop inputs, retail agriculture, or customer-facing agricultural roles.
