Reports to the Senior Manager, Capital Procurement Nitrogen & Phosphate
What you will do:
Work with Capital Procurement advisors across all N&P facilities developing project procurement and contracting strategies
Assist in drafting, issuing and administering RFP’s
Spend data analytics
Assist in Negotiation of contracts to support capital procurement
Turn Around Purchasing support as required
SAP and Oracle purchasing
Ariba Support
SharePoint support
Attend meetings with stakeholders, team members, procurement internal meetings
What you will bring:
Currently enrolled in a university degree or diploma program: Bachelors of Commerce degree with SCM major or a specific SCM degree/diploma
Excellent written and verbal Communications skillsExperienced team playerWillingness to learn all facets of Supply Chain ManagementCompetence in standard Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Some experience in bidding Some general purchasing experience or general warehousing experienceSAP, Oracle or Ariba experiencesAbility to learn and adopt new skills quicklyProven team player
