Product Coordinator, Phosphate reports to Director, Phosphate Management.
What you will do:
    Proactively identify and resolve problems and make decisions related to balancing supply/demand, inventory levels, capacities and customer fulfillmentAccountable to ensure product is in the right place at the right time, meeting cost and service objectivesParticipate in the supply management portion of the sales and operational planning processAnalyze the supply plan performance/variances and recommend corrective actions and maintain supply forecast accuracy metrics and parametersRecommend and deliver improvements to the supply planning and supply chain execution processesServe as a member of the product line Commercial Team that provides direction and support for optimization and growth of the Phosphate product line  Play a critical role not only ensuring your own safety, but also the safety of others. You will have direct accountability for ensuring familiarity and demonstrating the Commitment to Zero policy, leading with a safety mindset and modeling the 3 Safety Principles, modelling the 10 Tenets of Operation and having your own personal safety action planWorking collaboratively with the Phosphate Product Manager, execute daily business activities to deliver on monthly and quarterly volume targets.  Daily business activities include:
      Create Transfer ReleasesReturns/ReissuesInventory AdjustmentsManage truck schedulingManage Shipping & Shipping prioritiesAqua Ammonia ConversionUpdate Production ForecastManage External Loading noticesManage internal loading notices

What you will bring:
    A college degree with 5+ years of related experience, preferably in supply chain or business/product managementAbility to apply insightful judgment to problem solving, adapt and learn from new situationsStrong knowledge of supply chain, business acumen and knowledge and understanding of Nutrien’s products, customer base and manufacturing flows and proficiency in decision-making skillProven ability to work collaboratively at all levels across the businessPassion to develop and sustain processesExcellent critical thinking, analytical, communication and inter-personal and organization skillsExcellent people leadership skills; a demonstrated ability to engage, inspire and develop employeesAn excellent grasp of the business and high focus on customer requirements, expectations and needsAbility to influence/recommend issue resolution strategies using data driven decision-makingAbility to challenge strongly held assumptionsDemonstrated sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving deadlinesDemonstrated track record in execution and achievement of business resultsDemonstrated high level of business and financial acumen along with the ability to think strategicallyStrong working knowledge of Excel and systems acumen
