Reports to Chief Metallurgical Engineer
What you will do:
    Lead a research initiative in order to improve overall recovery of potashDesign and execute trials to evaluate potential technologies and solutionsCommunicate effectively with operations and maintenance groups on site to execute trialsWork with vendors to run pilot scale trialsCommunicate and collaborate with other sites in order to accelerate the projectWork with cross-functional teams to implement the chosen solution
What you will bring:
    Safety CommitmentStrong leadership skills to help bring accountability to your team by creating a supportive and motivating work environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.A technical background in mineral processing (with preference for potash)Organization and time management skills will be essential for managing the research initiativeMust be able to work independently or in a team structure.
