What you will do:
Responsible for maintaining the pressure equipment integrity management system at Redwater Nitrogen OperationsResponsible for assessing the mechanical integrity and safety of equipment and executing the inspection needs for Redwater Nitrogen OperationsInspect pressure vessels, pressure piping, pressure relief devices and tanksMonitor corrosion of vessels and pressure piping systemsConduct nondestructive testingCompose technical reportsComplete data entry in the Inspection Management Database (Visions)Support fitness for service evaluationsMaintain a strict adherence to the Nutrien Pressure Equipment Integrity Management System ManualResponsible for ensuring equipment inspections are completed and maintaining zero overdue

High degree of accountabilityProvide recommendations to head of department in consultation with Inspections Group and Mechanical Integrity SMEsTake leading role in assigned mechanical integrity initiativesStrong verbal and written communication skills combined with a demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and Quality Assurance ProgramsKnowledge/experience with Risk Based Inspection (RBI)Knowledge of Visions asset management software preferredHigh School Diploma is requiredA Materials or Mechanical Engineering Diploma
