The Proprietary Products Region Manager is an exciting role that brings together agronomy, training, marketing, and sales to help drive our Loveland Products (LPI) brand in the Cornbelt Region. This role will be responsible for collaborating with the Region and Divisional management teams to ensure strategic/long-term sales growth of the LPI product line. In addition, this role will be responsible for leading a team of Proprietary Product Managers (PPM’S). This role reports to the Director of Proprietary Support and requires the selected candidate to live within the Cornbelt Region. This role should anticipate 50-60% travel required within the region, which covers: CO, IA, IL, KS, MN, MO,ND, NE, OK, KS, and WI. What you will do:
Collaborate with the Region and Division management teams to increase current and new customer’s use of Loveland Products by developing a yearly division strategy and tactical plan to grow sales
Champion the LPI brand within the region through training, driving local marketing tactics, and co-creating divisional LPI business plans
Ride-along with PPM’s to help improve performance through coaching and mentoring
Help set direction of local marketing resources and drive key tactics and messaging with Divisional management teams
Generate excitement around the entire LPI line of high-performance crop input products while helping build a high-sales performance team through a positive coaching culture
Implement, promote, and communicate approved marketing programs and customer incentive programs.
Build LPI brand awareness throughout the selling organization to enhance customer experience
Provide input for product, technology, and agronomic knowledge geared toward training for meetings, field days, plots, and one-on-one with seed personnel
Safety – Maintain safe working conditions and report any unsafe working conditions
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Agriculture or Business; experience may be considered in lieu of education
10+ years of related experience required, preferably in sales or marketing management
1+ years in a mentor, supervisor, or leadership role required; additional experience preferred
Willingness to live in or relocate to the assigned territory required
Strong sales ability with a proven track record of success
Well-rounded knowledge of agricultural products and practices
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $116,000 - $146,000. This range is estimated for the Proprietary Products Region Manager position in Loveland, Colorado.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan, which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
