This position is located in Loveland, CO and is not available for remote work. This position is an exciting opportunity and will provide invaluable work experience in a growing company.  This position is for a Summer 2022 internship which will last approximately 12 weeks.
We have been undertaking a massive digital transformation that will revolutionize the agricultural industry. Our goal is to create the best in class digital tools that will enable growers to better manage their commercial and agronomic farm operations and provide them with a unique integrated year-round digital experience.
 
What you will do:
  • Work with a Software Development Manager and Developers to showcase projects being implemented
  • Understand and define a Proof of Concept to resolve a development problem or work through a development problem (e.g., product catalog management and organization)
  • Research, develop a solution to explore the development question, and present an execution/implementation strategy highlighting how to leverage the solution
  • Present an "end of summer showcase" of accomplishments and learnings
What you will bring:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or equivalent related program with a graduation date of August 2022 or later
Compensation & Benefits:
 
Salary Range: $18.80/hour - $22.35/hour (This range is estimated for Intern, Software Engineering in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.) 
 
We provide a benefits package that includes catastrophic coverages including life, accidental death and dismemberment, and business travel accident insurance for a position of at least three months in duration and more than 30 hours per week.  Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid sick days and holidays as well as an Employee and Family Assistance Program.  A Student or Intern role does not participate in any retirement savings or incentive programs.  Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations, as necessary.  Details of the benefits package will be shared in the application process.
