What you will do:
    Act as the technical expert for product characterization and placement of corn and soybean for the assigned regionDrive and enable corn and soybean product advancement processes and outputsCollaborate with key stakeholders to influence pricing and develop programs that drive market share growth and profitability Analyze corn and soybean product performance and develop tools to drive growth and life cycle managementAssess, influence, and support corn and soybean product training opportunitiesDevelop strategy and execution of corn and soybean experimental product research plots and support internal stakeholders on commercial plot strategySupport the strategy and management of Dyna-Gro corn and soybean inventories to maximize profits and minimize discards, obsolescence, and dumps
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 10+ years of agronomy, sales, or marketing experience required
  • Ability to travel for 30-50% of role
  • Agricultural crop product management experience preferred
  • High proficiency with experimental design and analysis, developing analytical insights from data, and visualization and communication of insights for presentations to internal and external stakeholders preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
 
Salary Range: $81,200  - $116,000. This range is estimated for the Corn and Soybean Product Manager position in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan, which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
