Manage Loveland Products Inc (LPI) programs to include but not limited to early ordering and customer pick-upManage customer, product and other Supply Chain inquiries and complaints, billing inquires, and communicate order status to the fieldResolve complex or unusual problems that may require a customized response and communicate solutions or requested information to the customerPlace 3rd party Purchase Orders for direct shipsReceive, process, and track all orders through the order fulfillment processWork in conjunction with Logistics, Purchasing, Marketing, Registrations, and Manufacturing to meet or exceed customer expectationsWork closely with 3rd party suppliers and production facilities to place and track purchase orders to ensure correct and timely deliveryProactively assist in resolving supply and demand issues between suppliers and internal/external customersGenerate and analyze Open Order report to ensure accurate and timely customer order informationTrack and communicate shipping and receiving information to customers as requestedWork with Loveland Product Managers and Purchasing Managers to help manage customer allocationsWork closely with accounting to issue customer credits and price correctionsCoordinate with Registrations and Marketing to ensure products are registered in the state prior to shipments
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 3+ years of customer service, logistics, business, or supply chain experience required
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $53,200-$76,000. This range is estimated for the Analyst, Customer Retention & Satisfaction position in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
