Ravensdown Fertiliser

When Ravensdown merged with Western Australian Co-op, United Farmers Co-operative in early 2008, it became the first true trans-Tasman co-operative. It's a move that means big things for our operations, and opened many doors. And it has the same effect on careers within our business.

Our new trans-Tasman make-up means that in addition to being New Zealand's largest supplier of fertiliser, we're also a major supplier in Western Australia. Our Australian head office is based in North Fremantle (just outside Perth), while we have warehouse facilities in Kwinana, Albany, Esperance and Geraldton.

2009 also saw us enter the Queensland market as Ravensdown Fertiliser Australia Pty Ltd, with Queensland Cane Growers welcoming our move. This is another venture that has provided us with great opportunities for not only our business to thrive, but also our staff who have the chance to take up secondments in beautiful Queensland.

As our operations and resulting market-share grows in Australia, so too will our team on the ground. In particular we’ll be hiring account managers, stores, despatch and administration staff.

Ravensdown now have two roles on www.agcareers.com, one in north Queensland and one in Western Australia. Both are fantastic opportunities. Be sure to check them out!

If a desk job is not for you, if you would like to be out and about meeting people then these roles might be for you.
