It’s that time of year again, data collection season. AgCareers.com has a new platform for data collections that will allow your HR Solutions Team to more easily review the data when submitted.

It’s that time of year again, data collection season. For Canadian participants, data collection began April 1st and continue till May 31st. For U.S. participants, data collection will begin May 1st and willcontinue through June 30th. In years past, Agcareers.com has completed data collection via an Excel file emailed to and from the client. This year, we will be utilizing a new platform and as such data will be submitted via an online platform.

New Platform for Data Collection
This online platform allows for greater security as you submit information and will allow the HR Solutions Team to more easily review data when submitted. We will send the email invitation to submit data to a designated individual within your organization and they may share with others to complete data collection as necessary.

Coming Soon – A new Compensation Benchmark Review Platform
Later this year we will be releasing a new Compensation Benchmark Review platform. Closer to the time of data release this fall, we will send out additional communications about the new platform. Some special features of the new platform include:

Improved reporting capabilities and streamlined data
More efficient data cleaning process
Enhanced data analytics and reporting for participants
Allows participants to upload data online – provides a more secure file exchange
