AgCareers.com conducted a poll to gain insight from job seekers and HR professionals about the job search and recruitment process. Results from the poll are analyzed in the new Insight Survey Reportfor the agricultural and food industries.

For instance, polled employers believed that company culture was the most successful way to motivate and retain employees. On the opposite side, a ‘fun’ company culture was at the bottom of candidates’ lists. Job seekers placed highest value on the employers’ reputation in the industry and its products.
