Job Description
In every role, McCainers are ambitious, curious, and passionate about creating exceptional work experiences - together. With a customer-first mindset, we make doing business with McCain easy.
About the role.
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Partner, Early Careers plays a critical role in shaping McCain's future talent pipeline across North America. This is not a traditional recruiting role. You will lead high-volume hiring for interns, co-ops, and rotational programs while bringing our campus strategy to life through university partnerships, exceptional candidate experiences, and workforce-aligned hiring plans.
You will also build and manage our intern and rotational talent conversion pipeline, partnering with business leaders to move high-performing talent into future opportunities. Outside of peak campus recruiting seasons, you will support broader corporate, plant, and manufacturing hiring needs. This unique blend of campus strategy, high-volume recruiting, talent pipeline development, and enterprise recruiting makes the role highly visible and impactful.
This position is based in our Oakbrook, IL corporate office, with a minimum of three days per week onsite.
