About the role.
The Senior Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) will lead McCain’s Global Revenue Growth Management Centre of Excellence (CoE), serving as the hub that enables and advances RGM capability across regions as a critical component of the company’s growth transformation strategy. As the global custodian of RGM capability, this role establishes common frameworks, standards, tools, and governance that help regions identify, prioritize, and realize value creation opportunities while maintaining ownership of local execution and market P&L delivery.

This strategic leadership role drives profitable growth through pricing excellence, trade investment optimization, portfolio and pack mix management, promotional effectiveness, and customer-specific commercial strategies. The Senior Director will partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Supply Chain, and IT/Digital functions to strengthen commercial discipline, improve financial performance, and build enterprise-wide RGM capability that delivers sustainable value.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Lead the development and execution of McCain’s global RGM strategy and Centre of Excellence operating model to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Define and implement a multi-year RGM roadmap that aligns regional commercial objectives with customer, channel, and market opportunities.
  • Establish and govern a common global RGM framework, language, definitions, scorecards, and performance management routines across all regions.
  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of best practices across pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, trade investment management, portfolio optimization, assortment, and customer terms.
  • Oversee analytical methodologies and models supporting pricing, promotion effectiveness, trade spend optimization, and revenue growth decisions.
  • Lead global pricing deep-dives, identify areas of value leakage, and partner with regional teams to develop corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with regional RGM leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen commercial strategies across Retail, Foodservice, and QSR channels.
  • Identify, quantify, and monitor revenue growth opportunities and value pools, translating opportunities into actionable business cases and measurable enterprise pipelines.
  • Develop frameworks and governance processes that improve net price realization, trade investment effectiveness, promotional ROI, and portfolio profitability.
  • Evaluate competitor activity, market dynamics, pricing trends, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead organizational capability-building initiatives through coaching, practical training, playbooks, tools, and advanced analytics support.
  • Champion adoption of value-led decision-making and embed RGM principles into planning, S&OP, customer business planning, innovation, and commercial governance processes.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global team of RGM, analytics, and capability specialists focused on high-value growth opportunities.

What you’ll need to be successful.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Trade & Promotion Management, Sales, Finance, or related functions.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience leading teams within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven experience building or leading an RGM Centre of Excellence or enterprise-wide commercial capability in a global organization.
  • Deep expertise across the RGM toolkit, including pricing, promotions, trade investment, customer terms, assortment optimization, price-pack architecture, and portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of analytical concepts including price elasticity, trade-spend effectiveness, promotional ROI, and revenue optimization.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable commercial value through improved pricing realization, trade effectiveness, margin expansion, or other growth initiatives.
  • Significant program and project management experience leading large-scale, global business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data and analysis into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience across multiple routes to market, including Retail, Foodservice, and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channels.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority and drive alignment across global functions and regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience partnering with IT and Digital teams to support analytics, reporting, and commercial technology strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and capability building.

About the team.
