Sales & Logistics Coordinator 

Summerside, PE

About the role. 

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing sales documentation, processing customer orders, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day sales activities and delivering excellent customer service. 

 

What you’ll be doing. 

  • Process customer orders, quotations, and sales-related documentation. 
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases. 
  • Coordinate order entry, tracking, and follow-up activities. 
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and sales performance updates. 
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and other administrative processes. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and order status updates. 
  • Support the sales team with scheduling, document preparation, and data management. 
  • Ensure all sales paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as required. 

 

What you’ll need to be successful. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business Administration is considered an asset. 
  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or office coordination. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities. 

 

Preferred skills.

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems. 
  • Experience processing sales orders and maintaining customer records. 
  • Knowledge of agricultural, manufacturing, or distribution operations is considered an asset.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting the sales process, managing documentation, and helping customers. The Sales Coordinator works closely with the sales team and internal partners to help keep orders, records, and customer communication organized and on track.

Compensation Package: $52,600.00 - $70,200.00 * CAD annually
