  • Ensure projects comply with applicable PSM, OSHA, RMP, Management of Change (MOC), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, safety, finance, procurement, and maintenance teams to implement best practices and corporate standards.
  • Mentor and develop utility leaders while providing technical training and guidance across manufacturing sites.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of refrigeration, utility, and HVAC operational issues across the region.

What you’ll need to be successful.

  • Demonstrated experience in Process Safety Management (PSM), particularly involving ammonia refrigeration systems.
  • Experience supporting refrigeration and boiler system design, construction, maintenance, and operation within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing capital projects, engineering contractors, and technical service providers.
  • Knowledge of energy reduction, water conservation, and sustainability initiatives within industrial environments.
