Job Description

In every role, McCainers are ambitious, curious, and passionate about creating exceptional work experiences - together. With a customer-first mindset, we make doing business with McCain easy.

About the role.
McCain is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Integration Capability Lead to drive the evolution of enterprise integration across global transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and broader application ecosystems. This role provides strategic leadership across integration architecture, platform ownership, and delivery governance, operating at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution. The position ensures scalable, secure, and business-aligned integration outcomes across both SAP and non-SAP environments while influencing stakeholders and managing delivery risk.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Drive and evolve McCain’s enterprise integration strategy, roadmap, and governance framework
  • Own and govern integration platforms (e.g., iPaaS solutions such as IICS, SAP CPI), ensuring stability and scalability
  • Provide architecture oversight across API, event-driven, file-based, and batch integration patterns
  • Lead delivery governance across programs, ensuring consistency in execution, documentation, and quality standards
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture to align integration solutions with long-term strategy and standards
  • Coordinate across stakeholders including business teams, system integrators, vendors, AMS, and internal IT teams
  • Manage risks, dependencies, testing readiness, and transition-to-support activities across integration initiatives
  • Ensure solutions align with “clean core” principles and actively reduce technical debt
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Drive platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll need to be successful.

  • 14+ years of experience in enterprise integration, architecture, or large-scale technology delivery
  • Strong expertise in enterprise integration strategy within complex, global environments
  • Experience working across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems
  • Hands-on knowledge of integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Informatica IICS, or API management tools
  • Experience with API-led and event-driven architecture patterns
  • Proven ability to lead or govern multi-vendor and system integrator delivery models
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns (APIs, events, batch processing, application-to-application)
  • Experience supporting production environments, platform operations, and AMS coordination
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to balance architectural rigor with practical, business-focused delivery outcomes

About the team.
This role sits within McCain’s global technology and transformation organization and partners closely with Enterprise Architecture, platform engineering teams, business stakeholders, AMS providers, and multiple system integrators. The position plays a key leadership role in aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring consistent, high-quality integration delivery across global transformation programs.
