Job Description:

Job Description

McCain is seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide digital business transformation through modernization, integration, and optimization of core business processes. This Director-level role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, and Technology—delivering a globally integrated digital foundation across Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and Trade Promotion Management (Vistex).
This is a newly created role within McCain’s Digital Transformation team, offering flexibility to be based in Toronto, Ontario or Florenceville, New Brunswick. You will play a critical role in enabling scalable, standardized solutions that improve trade spend transparency, strengthen financial controls, and unlock measurable business value.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation of Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and Trade Promotion Management processes.
  • Drive global harmonization and standardization through scalable S/4HANA and Vistex solutions.
  • Deliver large-scale ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations, including Vistex IP & DM / Rebates & Settlement modernization.
  • Define and implement a global template for Order-to-Cash and Trade Promotion to reduce regional variation.
  • Own SAP solution architecture, integration, deployment, and adoption aligned to business outcomes.
  • Champion value-driven initiatives focused on revenue growth, cost optimization, and service improvement.
  • Lead global program delivery teams, ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and adherence to best practices.
  • Enable advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business priorities into actionable technology strategies.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll need to be successful.

  • 10+ years of SAP experience, including S/4HANA and Vistex implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash, Trade Promotion Management, Warehouse and Transportation Management, and Order Fulfillment.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, global SAP transformation programs in CPG, manufacturing, or Food & Beverage industries.
  • Strong experience with Vistex (IP & DM / Rebates & Settlement) across the full TPM lifecycle (planning through settlement).
  • Expertise in SAP ecosystem tools (Fiori, analytics, ECC/S4) and integrated systems (e2Open, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to standardize global processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and complex programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive influence skills.
  • Experience working in both Agile and traditional delivery models.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

You will lead and collaborate with a global, cross-functional team spanning Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain functions.
