The Opportunity:
This position is responsible for providing professional technical and administrative support to the Sales function of the company within the Loblaws Customer Business Team.

Base Salary: $47,000 - $69,000 CAD base pay annually
The above base salary reflects the target compensation for the position at the time of posting. The base salary offered may vary based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, education, training, job- related knowledge, and other organizational requirements. For part-time roles, salaries are adjusted according to scheduled hours.
Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
- Responsible for completing and maintaining sales reports and sales information requests for customer team for weekly, monthly, and quarterly tracking requirements
- Responsible for maintaining and updating customer facing pricing forms
- LDIA administrator and super user with corresponding duties including reporting, article workflow and other
- Responsible for communication flow between the Field Sales Team and the Customer Business Team
- Assist customer business team with compiling customer plans and presentations
- Assist customer business team with KAAP process
- Generate reports and assist customer business team with tracking of trade spend
- Coordinate pricing changes with customer business team and internal pricing department
- Track gift certificates / dealer loaders
- Assist customer business team with review of rapidraft / credit note spending
- Coordinate forecast information with customer business team and internal supply chain department
- Maintain and track distribution audits for the team
- Maintain and track all new innovation items launched
- Resolve customer audits in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints within the established process

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in BPCS, Report Net, Cognos, SAP
