position available at our BUSINESS facility in Simplot Headquarters -
Boise, ID. Idaho

This position is within Simplot Technologys (STs) Risk
& Security team focused primarily on designing, prioritizing, and leading
the implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
capabilities. This includes defining strategies for maturing internal IAM
capabilities, as well as customer IAM (cIAM) capabilities. The ideal
candidate will be able to work independently applying subject matter knowledge
to solve common and complex issues leading our global company, Simplot, through
the organizational changes necessary from a people, process, and technology perspective
to enable the successful implementation and maturation of IAM
capabilities. Will be considered a subject matter expert in regards to
identity management, access management, and security. As a leader within
the ST Risk and Security team, the position will also be responsible for
managing and/or maturing other risk and security capabilities (e.g. data
security, incident response, risk assessment, etc.).


* Oversee the design/implementation of identity solution architectures
* Applies architectural governance
* Lead small to medium architecture activities
* Provide leadership to assigned risk and security domains (data security,
incident response, risk assessment, etc.)
* Assess impact of and align with long-term
* Identify and address technical or operational risks of project and program or
operational scope
* Collaborates with the project manager to develop project plans for medium to
large projects
* Develop and deliver presentations at senior levels for medium to large scope
* Coaches and mentors other architects and engineers

* Bachelor's Degree from 4
year college or university
* Four to ten years relevant experience.
* Experience with one or more identity solutions (SailPoint, Okta, Gigya,
SAP GRC, etc.).
* Relevant professional certification preferred (CISSP, CISA, etc.)
* Ability to analyze and articulate a business problem or need and design a
complete solution.
* Experience leading the architectural design, development and deployment of
medium to large technology projects and solutions.
* Familiar with multiple architectural, development and operational
methodologies (e.g., Zachman, TOGAF, ITSM) and applies appropriate
methodologies to solve complex business issues.
* Identifies and mitigates technical risks and challenges within a project or
* Strong listening, oral and written communication skills with the ability
to persuade and create trust with multiple audiences at all organizational
* Plays a leading role in the Architect profession at the local level.
Understands and applies current technology or operational trends to customer
* Ability to build and manage strategic relationships with leaders in
multiple business units.
* Good business influence and negotiation skills.
* Ability to lead a small team in the completion of one or more
architecture, requirements, operational, or implementation deliverables.
* Adheres to all standards, policies and systems as appropriate.
