Getting Inside the Heads of Unemployed Ag Candidates – How long have they been unemployed and what has hindered their ability fo find a job?  The 2014 AgCareers.com Candidate Motivation & Behavior in the Ag Industry Report examines job search behaviors of unemployed candidates.

More than half had been unemployed less than 6 months.  49% are willing to relocate for a job opportunity.  31% would consider it.  What has hindered your ability to find a job?  57% said lack of opportunities in area, 44% said I’m overqualified, 38% said lack of opportunities in field.  69% search for jobs on a daily basis.  19% search weekly.
