Compensation Summit
The optional Compensation Summit gave attendees a deep dive into compensation-related topics in the agriculture and food industry. Expert facilitators guided the half-day workshop, covering compensation, salary, incentives, bonuses, and other key total rewards considerations.
Tour
University of Minnesota–St. Paul CFANS Campus Tour
Attendees explored a research farm located within a metropolitan area of nearly four million people. The University of Minnesota–St. Paul campus is home to the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences and the Agricultural Experiment Station. The outdoor tour concluded with ice cream from the University of Minnesota Dairy Salesroom.
