Hoards Station Farm Supply is a commercial bulk feed mill serving livestock producers across east/central Ontario. We're locally owned and operator-led — call the mill, you get an owner on the phone. This role is how we grow the territory without losing sight of the producers who have been supporting us along the way.

The Role
Boots-on-the-ground presence across the territory — building producer relationships, supporting ration and management decisions with our nutrition team, and helping farms get more out of their feeding program. Agronomy knowledge is an asset — forage quality and cropping decisions are tied directly to what shows up in the bunk.

What you'll do

• Visit farms regularly, building long-term relationships
• Support ration troubleshooting, forage evaluation, and on-farm decisions with our nutrition team
• Help existing accounts grow and bring new producers into the mill through genuine, on-farm relationships
• Represent Hoards Station Farm Supply at farm events, field days, and industry meetings
• Connect field observations back to nutrition and pricing to keep programs sharp

What you bring

• Agriculture, agronomy, or animal science background (diploma/degree preferred; equivalent experience welcome)
• Genuine interest in dairy and/or beef production
• Confident in engaging producers and growing the business
• Strong collaborator within a cross-functional team environment
• Self-motivated, comfortable managing your own schedule
• Valid driver’s license, willing to travel the territory

Compensation
