As an intern at Earthwise Bag Company, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and impactful projects. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for providing support for various functions such as marketing, graphic support, partnership research, and content creation. The Marketing Intern is a part-time, temporary position.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Prepare and send marketing/sample kits to new and existing customers.
  • Assist with product and campaign photography and retouching.
  • Help finalize graphic files before sending to manufacturers.
  • Organize and rename files on SharePoint.
  • Create engaging photo and video content to enhance our brand's presence on social media.
  • Engage with like-minded users in meaningful ways to boost organic engagement.
  • Research potential partnerships with sustainable brands.
  • Contribute to the build-out of our Sustainability and Community sections on our website and social media platforms.
  • Other duties as assigned.
     

Requirements:
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree or working toward a degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interest in sustainability and environmental issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
