The National FFA Organization is teaming up with AgCareers.com to offer two virtual career fair experiences in 2021-2022 for members and alumni. FFA prepares members for premier leadership and career success—agricultural employers want to connect with and hire FFA members and alumni!
The Feed Your Future Virtual Career Fairs will connect FFA members and alumni with agricultural organizations and supporters looking to hire FFA’s high-potential talent in a broad range of agricultural career pathways. Job seekers can visit virtual booths, share their resume, chat and meet with employers online during the fairs.
AgCareers.com has hosted virtual career fairs for over five years, and the vast majority of past participants said the virtual fairs were as good as, or BETTER than, in-person fairs! The efficiency and flexibility of virtual recruiting is here to stay.
