We’re looking for a collaborative analytical thinker who can translate complex financial concepts into executive insights and actionable recommendations. Someone who’s a natural relationship-builder comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders – from technical discussions with data teams to strategic conversations with business leaders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems and are passionate about turning data into insights that influence decisions, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Run reporting, financial models and analytical tools that support business performance and decision-making
  • Develop and deliver executive and corporate financial reporting, including quarterly performance reporting and segmentation analysis, to support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze financial and business information to identify trends, risks, opportunities and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting, performance measurement and decision-support capabilities
  • Leverage tools such as Python and automation technologies to enhance reporting, analytics and process efficiency

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
  • Minimum four years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial strategy, performance management or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance measurement
  • Experience researching, analyzing and interpreting financial and business information to support strategic decision-making
  • Experience developing financial models, forecasts and business case analyses
  • Proficiency with financial reporting, data analysis and visualization tools

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a financial institution, working in a finance area or a related industry
  • Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis experience
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop financial decision-support tools
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools
