How you’ll make an impact
Play a key role in driving growth within the Indigenous agriculture and agri-food sector in Canada. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll be part of a remote sales team working with First Nations, Métis Settlements, community members and external partners to deliver financing and advisory services for complex portfolios. You’ll manage customer accounts, build new customer relationships, and deliver a seamless customer experience. You’ll also connect with industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth through proactive relationship management.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in both collaborative and autonomous environments and builds on others’ ideas, turning customer interactions into insights and opportunities – someone who’s a strong communicator and active listener and can engage Indigenous Nations, Economic Development Corporations, and industry stakeholders.
If you’re interested in working in an evolving sales environment where you create value in every interaction, this role could be a great fit.
