How you'll make an impact
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and their leadership teams, supporting a complex and diverse client group. You will partner closely with leaders to align business priorities with people strategies that drive both divisional and enterprise outcomes.
Assigned to a specific business line, you’ll develop a deep understanding of business strategy and operating context, translating insight into practical, high-impact HR solutions. You will provide expert, practical advice to improve workforce effectiveness, organizational performance, and leadership capability, balancing strategic insight with hands-on execution. By leveraging HR Centres of Excellence, workforce analytics, and professional expertise, you’ll support enterprise outcomes and our sustained competitive advantage enabled by culture, leadership and aligned systems.
