Key Responsibilities

As the Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations while driving growth, profitability, and team development. Your responsibilities will include:

Branch Performance & Financial Management:

• Drive sales growth and profitability across all areas of the branch.
• Achieve asset management objectives and targeted market share goals.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Manage, coach, and develop branch employees to build a motivated, high-performing workforce.
• Lead performance management initiatives focused on employee growth and long-term success.

Customer Experience & Market Growth:

• Implement processes to gather continuous client feedback and ensure excellence in customer service.
• Identify and pursue new market segments and growth opportunities by monitoring customer activity, industry trends, and competitive pressures.

Strategic & Operational Collaboration:

• Provide insights and feedback on future opportunities and competitive challenges.
• Manage branch accounts receivable in collaboration with the Director of Credit Services.

Industry Representation & Brand Presence:

• Represent the organization at industry trade shows, conventions, and professional associations.
• Promote the branch positively within the market and broader industry.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry.
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible management experience.
• Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

Technical & Operational Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of product support and departmental operations.
• Proven ability to manage branch-level financial and operational performance.

Key Competencies:

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
