The Mid America CropLife Association (MACA) has appointed Jenny Pagel-Guile as its new Executive Director. She brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience and will help guide the organization’s continued growth and member engagement efforts.
In her new position, Pagel-Guile will oversee MACA’s operations, communications, educational programs, and member services. She will work with the association’s board, member companies, and industry partners across 13 Midwestern states to strengthen participation and support strategic initiatives.
Pagel-Guile has extensive experience in nonprofit management, including strategic planning, fundraising, financial management, board governance, and organizational development.
