Ever.Ag has appointed Rhonda Bassett-Spiers as Chief Executive Officer, ushering in a new phase of growth and innovation for the agricultural technology company.
Bassett-Spiers brings more than 25 years of experience leading technology businesses, building high-performing organizations, and managing business transformation and growth. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening Ever.Ag's core operations, expanding customer relationships, and accelerating innovation across the company's software, data, analytics, and technology platforms.
The company plans to increase the use of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and emerging technologies to help farmers, producers, processors, cooperatives, and agribusinesses improve decision-making and operational efficiency throughout the agricultural supply chain.
Bassett-Spiers succeeds Scott Sexton, who spent more than three decades serving customers and building businesses in the agriculture industry. Sexton will remain involved with the company as a Strategic Advisor, providing guidance and industry expertise to Ever.Ag's leadership team and board.
Ever.Ag has also strengthened its executive leadership team with the appointments of Paul Crist as Chief Revenue Officer and Troy Meyers as Chief Customer Officer. Crist will oversee global sales and growth initiatives, while Meyers will lead customer implementation, support, and success programs.
The leadership changes reflect Ever.Ag's ongoing commitment to investing in its people, technology, products, and customer relationships while supporting the evolving needs of the agricultural industry.
